跨界搜寻对高新技术企业创新能力的影响研究

摘要
创新能力是企业获得核心竞争力的关键,也是企业生存和成功的决定因素之一。随着竞争环境的日益激烈、市场需求的日益复杂以及技术革新的日益迅速,越来越多的企业开始打破边界、寻求外部知识以解决创新需求与内部资源能力有限性之间的矛盾,弥补自身创新资源的不足。本研究聚焦于 “高新技术企业如何利用跨界搜寻提升创新能力?” 这一现实问题,基于现有理论和文献提出理论假设,并构建理论模型。采用中外比较成熟的量表对各变量进行测量,设计的问卷内容主要包括企业与问卷填写者基本信息、企业技术知识跨界搜寻行为和市场知识跨界搜寻行为的实际情况、企业吸收能力的实际情况、企业营商环境感知的实际情况、企业创新能力情况。通过统计分析 422 份有效问卷,实证研究结果表明,跨界搜寻行为对创新能力提升有显著的促进作用,不同的知识跨界搜寻行为对创新能力提升的促进作用存在差异,吸收能力在跨界搜寻与创新能力之间发挥中介作用,跨界搜寻对吸收能力的影响受到营商环境感知的调节。上述研究结论不仅丰富了知识搜寻和开放式创新领域内的研究成果,同时也为处于开放式创新情境下的中国高新技术企业如何制定搜寻战略以及提升创新能力路径提供了一定的理论指导和实践参考。
