摘要

本研究以 S 大学就业指导现状为调查对象,围绕“大学生就业指导工作现状、问题与改进策略   展开探讨。研究目的在于系统分析就业指导工作的实施效果,揭示存在的不足,并提出改进方向。研究方法采用问卷调查与访谈相结合,并辅以平均值与标准差等数据分析方法。结果显示,学生在就业市场开拓、家校沟通、招聘组织和全过程服务等方面满意度偏低,反映出资源整合不足、服务体系不完善和信息反馈机制欠缺等问题。基于此,研究提出四项改进 建议:一是加强校企合作,拓宽就业渠道;二是强化家校联动,吸纳行业专家和校友参与;三是提升组织协调,创新招聘形式;四是完善全过程跟踪与信息管理。研究成果可为高校优化就业指导体系、提升学生就业质量提供参考。
