Abstract

The purposes of this research were to identify; 1) the components    of good governance for municipality schools, and  2) the reinforcing strategies on good governance for municipality schools. The sample used in this study were 242 municipality schools.  The respondents comprised of school administrators, and teachers, totally 484 respondents. The instruments for collecting the  data were analyzed by interview form and opinionnaire. The statistical treatment for analyzing  the data were  percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis. The research findings were  as  follows: (1) The components of good governance for municipality schools composed of 8 components : 1) Economy 2) Equity 3) Transparency 4) Regulator 5) Accountability 6) Participation 7) Morality and 8) Rule of Law and (2) The reinforcing strategies on good governance for municipality schools composed of  8 strategies :  1) Setting work system 2) Budget Allocation 3) Manpower planning 4) Working Integrity 5) Coordinating 6) Management  7) Monitoring and Evaluating 8) Participation 9) Encouraging Morality and 10) Encokraging work Discipline.
