การบริหารจัดการเพื่อจัดระเบียบการจอดเรือของกรมเจ้าท่า ตามแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการที่ยั่งยืน

Abstract

The objectives of this study were mainly to examine (1) administrative problems of habour order of the marine department according to the sustainable administration concept (2) development guidelines of habour order of the marine department according to the sustainable administration concept and (4) administrative strategies of harbour order of the marine department according to the sustainable administration concept. The methodology of this research was designed as mixed methods sampling of 1,250 persons. Data analysis was shown in contingency table with analytical descriptive approach. Descriptive statistics exercised were mean, standard deviation, multiple regression, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. For qualitative research, in-depth interview of 9 experts or key informants with face to face interviews along with structured in-depth interview forms were also applied. The interviewed data was interpreted, analyzed and performed in table with descriptions. The research results were (1) the significant problems of administration were  the marine department 's operation of harbour order were done without finding out the needs or evaluations of the businessmen concerned with  inland water transportation (2) the significant development guidelines of administration were the marine department should establish explicit policies  and plans for  the harbour order focusing on service recipients and  should listen to the opinions, suggestions and complaints of the businessmen (3) the marine department should create and apply the administrative strategy of harbour order according to the sustainable administration concept which consists of 5 aspects respectively.
