Abstract

The objective of this mixed method research was (1) to study of expectations and demands for residence after retirement in aging society (2) to study of demands for residence after retirement ‘s decision making in aging society (3) to analyze the relationship between factor influencing expectations and demands and the visitors’s demographic characteristics (4) to analyze the different between factor demands for residence after retirement ‘s decision making in aging society and the visitors’ demographic characteristics. The sample size is 400 people who live in Nonthaburi province. This study use self-administered questionnaires as research instruments. The statistical tools used in this study are percentages, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe analysis. SPSS is used for data analysis at a statistical level of .05. The research results indicated that the majority of people are female less than 40 years old, single status and bachelor degree. Most of them are private employee who has earned the salary rate less than 30,000 Baht per month. They are living with  parents. And they don’t have any congenital disorder.  The research was analyze in order to find factors related to residence after retirement ‘s decision making in aging society of visitors’ demographic characteristics. The result was found building and location, facilities, service, and management. There is different in the level of the significant at .05 for this research. On the other hand, the analysis of difference between the visitors’ demographic characteristics and the overall of factors related to residence after retirement’s decision making in aging society. There is no different in the level of the significant at .05. The result of this research can be planning for developed business of residential ageing ‘s entrepreneurs.
