The Development of Flight Operation Glossary to Support Student Centered Learning on Website

Abstract

              This research aimed to 1) survey the requirements for the development of Flight Operation Glossary to Support Student Centered Learning on Website, 2) develop Flight Operation Glossary to support centered learning on Website, and 3) research the quality of Flight Operation Glossary to Support Student Centered Learning on Website. This research was divided into 3 steps, which are 1) the preparation of the development of Flight Operation Glossary, 2) the development of Flight Operation Glossary, and 3) the assessment of Flight Operation Glossary. The Samples were also divided into 3 groups consist of 1) 10 Nok Air Airline Flight Operators and Thai Smile Airline Flight Operators using purposive sampling, 2) 300 Eastern Asia University students using stratified random sampling, and 3) 3 aviation experts and 2 information technology experts using purposive sampling. The tools used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

               The result revealed that 1) the vocabularies in Flight Operation Glossary should be divided into 10 categories, 2) the vocabularies in Flight Operation Glossary to Support Student Centered Learning on Website should be divided into 6 categories, 3) the satisfaction level towards the quality of Flight Operation Glossary assessment of experts, flight operators, and university students were high with the average score of 4.28, 4.31, and 4.31, respectively.
