Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) study the issue of quality of service container system of the customs office at the port of Laem Chabang. The Port Authority of Thailand (2) to study ways to improve the quality of service of officers, customs Laem Chabang (3) to study the factors that have contributed significantly to the improvement of the quality of services the system cabinet, the customs office. Laemchabang was classified into personal factors. The sampling was 400 the sample the instrument collecting the data was a questionnaire and descriptive statistics and inferential statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test, F-test. The research follows: (1) Most of the people were male, 36-50 years old, Bachelor’s Degree, income between 20,001 – 30,000 baht and taking service when needed. Satisfaction with the services of the customs office at the port of Laem Chabang. PAT Overall and specific There is satisfaction in all aspects (= 2.49) sorted by descending from the average. The location and the facilities (= 2.51), followed by technology (= 2.50), and service personnel (= 2.48) of the Regulations of Customs (= 2.48) and the hypothesis test was found that the Personal factors not affected to the quality public services of the customs office at the port of Laem Chabang.
