Abstract

         The  purpose of this research were as follows: (1) to study Thai Language listening-speaking abilities of Kindergarten II students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using songs activities after the experiment; and (2) to study the interest towards Thai Language learning of Kindergarten II students Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using songs activities after the experiment. Samples used in the research were 35 kindergarten II students who studied Thai Language (Preparatory level) in the second semester of the 2017 academic year at Banchombueng(Wapeepromprachasuksa) school. They were selected by cluster random sampling. The instruments used in this research were lesson plans using songs activities, Thai Language listening-speaking abilities test reliability of .89 and Thai Language observation forms and a questionnaire of interest towards Thai Language learning reliability of .87. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage and mean. The results of the research indicated that: (1) Thai Language listening-speaking abilities of Kindergarten II students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using songs activities after the experiment were at the highest level. (2) Interest towards Thai Language learning of Kindergarten II students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using songs activities after the experiment were at the highest level
