A Study Of Mathematical Abilities And Interest Toward Learning Mathematics Of Kindergarten iii Students At Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) School By using math games activities

Abstract

The purpose of this research were as follows   : (1) to study of Mathematical abilities of kindergarten III students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using math games activities (2) to study the interest towards learning Mathematics of kindergarten III students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using math games activities. Samples used in this research were 35 kindergarten III students who studied Mathematical (Preparatory level) in the second semester of the 2018 academic year at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school. They were Cluster  Random Sampling. The instruments used in this research were lesson plans using the experienced using math games, Mathematics abilities test and Mathematics observation forms and a questionnaire of interest towards learning Mathematics . Statistics used for data analysis were percentage and mean. The results of the research were that (1) Mathematical abilities of Kindergarten III students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school using the experienced using math games after the experiment were at the highest level. (2) Interest towards learning Mathematic of Kindergarten III students at Banchombueng (Wapeepromprachasuksa) school by using math games activities after the experiment was at the highest level.
