Implementing good governance principle in operating school cluster in klong luang, pathumtani province

Abstract

This research was a survey research with 3 objectives such as (1) to study the state of good governance principlein operation; (2) to compare the application of good governance principle in operations; and (3) to study the recommendationsof good governance principles in the application of primary schools in KhlongLuang district,PathumThani province. The Primary school group in KhlongLuang district,Pathumthani province had 34 schools. The sample of this research were 34 administrators and269 teachers from the small, medium and large schools. The instruments used consisted of a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The researcher collected the data by self. The content analysis of the administration according to the principles of good governance in 6 espects;the statistics employed included frequency; percentage; mean () ; standard deviation (SD); t-test and F-test were used for data analysis. The findings revealed that state of good governance principles in the operation of the primary school groups in KhlongLuang district, PathumThani province, Therewas at a high level in theoverall. (= 4.17, SD = 0.575) The comparison of good governance principles in the operation of the primary schools in KhlongLuang district, PathumThani province, and classified by the size of the school, it was found that there was difference,statistically significant at 0.5 level.
