Abstract

              This article of key success factors of agricultural sector management for elderly people in Thailand is a documentary study by collecting data from concept paper research works and article related to key success factors of agricultural sector management for elderly people in Thailand. This literature review aims to present the concept of academicians and support the findings of the relevant research on key success factors of agricultural sector management for elderly people in Thailand as follow: foresight, give honest value to employees, sincere and good hope to all business stakeholders, give importance to the development of innovation throughout the organization, use resources efficiently and effectively, use and/or develop technology that is efficient but not expensive, expand business gradually, reduce the risk by having a variety of products, sharing knowledge with competitors, have a corporate culture that has a simple life, securing the middle way, operate the livelihood with diligence, self-reliant, have the kindness and generosity to each others, is a quality society and environmentally friendly and transfer of the local wisdom.
