Factors Affecting Desirable Characteristics of School Administrators of Educational Opportunity Expansion Under Chonburi Primary Educational Area Office 1

The purposes of this study were; to the factors of job characteristics, work experience, and desirable characteristics of school administrators of educational opportunity expansion under Chonburi Primary Educational Area Office 1. The investigate the relationship between the factors of, job characteristics, work experience, and desirable characteristics of school administrators of educational opportunity expansion under Chonburi Primary Educational Area Office 1, and to develop the prediction equation of the factors affecting desirable characteristics of school administrators of educational opportunity expansion under Chonburi Primary Educational Area Office 1. The samples were 226 teachers in educational opportunity expansion school. The instrument used for collecting data was five scale rating questionnaire. The data were analyzed by a computer program; using Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation, multiple regression analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows; (1) The factors of job characteristics, work experience, and desirable characteristics of school administrators of educational opportunity expansion under Chonburi Primary Educational Area Office 1, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a highest level. (2) The factors of job characteristics and work experience related to desirable characteristics of school administrators of educational opportunity expansion under Chonburi Primary Educational Area Office 1 at high level with the .01 level of significance. (3) The prediction equation of the factors affecting desirable characteristics of school administrators of educational opportunity expansion under Chonburi Primary Educational Area office 1, can be composed with the following equation:
