The Adaptation of School Administrators in the VUCA World Era

บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอการปรับตัวของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผัน (VUCA World) ซึ่งแตกแนวความคิดคำว่า “VUCA World” ที่ประกอบด้วยความผันผวน (Volatility) ความไม่แน่นอน (Uncertainty) ความสลับซับซ้อน (Complexity) และความคลุมเครือ (Ambiguity) ออกมาเป็นรูปธรรมเพื่อนำสู่การปรับตัวของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริง โดยการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ในประเด็น (1) ความเป็นมาของยุคโลกพลิกผัน (2) ผลกระทบที่เกิดจากยุคโลกพลิกผัน (3) ความท้าทายในยุคโลกพลิกผัน (4) แนวทางการเตรียมตัวเพื่อรับมือในยุคโลกพลิกผัน (5) คุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผัน และ (6) การปรับตัวของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผัน ซึ่งเนื้อหาที่เกิดจากสังเคราะห์ในแต่ละประเด็นจะสะท้อนภาพให้เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปรับตัวในยุคโลกพลิกผันเพิ่มมากขึ้น เช่นปัญหาภาวะถดทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนจำเป็นต้องมีการสอนเสริมให้แก่นักเรียน (ปรับแก้ตามคำแนะนำของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิท่านที่ 2) โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคโลกพลิกผัน จะต้องมีการปรับตัวและรู้เท่าทัน ความผันผวน ความไม่แน่นอน ความสลับซับซ้อน และ ความคลุมเครือ เพื่อนำพาสถานศึกษาสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ทันสมัยเหมาะสมกับบริบท ภายใต้แนวคิด กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้านำ และกล้าเปลี่ยนแปลง อีกทั้งต้องมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหารองค์กรควบคู่กันไป
