พฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม การบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เพื่อนำไปสู่การกำหนดกรอบพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพของโรงเรียน โดยใช้แผนแบบ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาในตอนแรก และการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองในตอนที่สอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนแรกใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อย่างง่ายแบบหลายขั้นตอนได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 133 โรงเรียน ส่วนหลังเลือกแบบจับคู่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 3 โรงเรียนและกลุ่มควบคุม 3 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนกรกฎาคม-พฤศจิกายน2552 คือแบบสอบถามข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กรรมวิธี ที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ คู่มือการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ที่กำหนดขึ้นจากผลการวิจัยในตอนแรก ซึ่งได้รับการรับรองจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญว่ามีความเหมาะสมในทุกด้าน สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารมีพฤติกรรม การบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูงและมีการกระจายน้อยและพฤติกรรม การบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีคุณภาพต่ำมีพฤติกรรม การบริหารแตกต่างกันกับผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนที่มีคุณภาพสูงในด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม การจัดองค์การ และการมุ่งเน้นความสำคัญของนักเรียนโดยที่ โรงเรียนที่มีคุณภาพสูงผู้บริหารมีพฤติกรรมด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม การจัดองค์การ และการมุ่งเน้นความสำคัญ ของนักเรียนสูงกว่าโรงเรียนที่มีคุณภาพต่ำที่  =.05 ผลการทดลองกับโรงเรียนประถมศึกษากลุ่มต่ำด้านนักเรียน ที่เกิดจากพฤติกรรมการบริหารองค์การนิติบุคคลก่อนกับหลังการนำ “คู่มือการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการบริหาองค์การ นิติบุคคลที่มีคุณภาพ” ที่กำหนดขึ้นไปใช้ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันที่  = .05

Administrative Behaviors of a Qualified Juristic Status of Primary School Organization

This research intended to study the behaviors of juristic status of primary schools organization leading to the development of behaviors management framework for the school. A descriptive research plan was used in the beginning and a quasi experimental research in the latter. Various independent variables in the corporate behaviors management of school administrators and dependent variables in the concept of qualified schools in the part of students. The first part using a multi-stage random sampling comprised 133 schools and then selected a match paired 3+3 sample unit to experimental and controlled groups. A set of questionnaire was used to collect data during July to November 2009. The trial process including the Handbook of administrative behaviors of qualified juristic status of primary school organizations, set up from the beginning which has been endorsed by experts, was appropriate covering areas. The statistics used included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, the analysis of t-test. It was found the administrative behaviors in all aspects of the juristic schools was at a high level and less dispersion (  = 4.11, SD = 0.36) The difference between behaviors of the high and the low qualified was found on the Teamwork, Organization and Emphasizes the Importance of the student at  = .05. The experimental results of the Handbook after implementation was significantly different where after was greater.
