การปรับตัวของนักศึกษาในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนต่างประเทศ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนต่างประเทศ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ อดีตนักศึกษาพยาบาลซึ่งเคยเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนต่างประเทศ ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี จักรีรัช จํานวน 15 คน คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ตามคุณสมบัติที่ผู้วิจัยกำหนด การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วย การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ด้วยวิธี การสังเกตุ การบันทึกเทปและการตีความสร้างข้อสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การปรับตัวของอดีตนักศึกษาพยาบาลในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนต่างประเทศ แบ่งเป็น 5 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ (1) การสมัคร/การวางแผน/การจัดลําดับความสําคัญ (2) การบริหารจัดการ/การบริหารจัดการเวลา (3) สมาธิจดจ่อ/ พัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (4) การเริ่มศึกษา/การเรียนรู้ทักษะสากล และ (5) ไปสู่จุดหมาย/การเรียนรู้ วัฒนธรรมของต่างประเทศ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าอาจารย์หรืออาจารย์ผู้สอนทางด้านการพยาบาล สามารถนําผลการศึกษาไปพัฒนาความรู้ของนักศึกษาในการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของนักศึกษา โดยเฉพาะทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศโดยเน้นภาษาอังกฤษ นอกจากนี้ผลการศึกษาที่ค้นพบนี้สามารถใช้เพื่อเพิ่มการพัฒนาทางวิชาการของนักศึกษาและวิชาชีพในอนาคตของนักศึกษาได้ รวมถึงผู้สอนสามารถพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่อไป รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำต่างๆ ให้การช่วยเหลือแก่นักศึกษาพยาบาลในสถาบันเพื่อเตรียมตัวและพัฒนาตนเองเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลแลกเปลี่ยนต่างประเทศได้อย่างเหมาะสม
