Internal Quality Assurance for The Undergraduate Degree Programs of Thai University

This research used Mixed Method research. The research purpose was to study the conceptual framework of Internal Quality Assurance for The Undergraduate Degree Programs of Thai University. The 41 related documents were used to analyze in this research and the questionnaire of the conceptual framework evaluated its appropriateness by 5 experts. The data was analyzed by using statistics; Mean ,Standard Deviation and Content Analysis.The research results showed that (1) quality management system was composed of (1.1) quality planning (1.2) quality control (1.3) quality assurance (1.4) quality improvement, (2) internal quality assurance for the undergraduate degree programs was composed of (2.1) input aspect was composed of (2.1.1) student (2.2.2) academic staff (2.2.3) program (2.2) process aspect was composed of (2.2.1) program management (2.2.2) teaching, learning approach and student assessment (2.2.3) personal and support service (2.3) output aspect was composed of (2.3.1) graduate /output (2.3.2) graduate quality (2.3.3) upgrading the quality and (2.3.4) outcome was composed of learning Outcomes. The conceptual framework evaluated was in a very good level ( 4.65, SD. = 0.48).
