Learning Management Components of Undergraduate Degree Program in Electrical Engineering for Innovative Skills Development

Abstract

This research was a Qualitative Research which aimed to synthesize the components of learning management and the components of Innovative skills. The research instrument used was a content analysis table by which all contents were drawn from those related literatures. The research results showed that (1) learning management was composed of (1.1) creative thinking, (1.2) creative collaboration, (1.3) achieving innovation, and (2) innovative skills was composed of (2.1) active learning (2.2) simulation based learning (2.3) student centered learning (2.4) blended learning (2.5) authentic learning (2.6) process learning and (2.7) corporative learning
