กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และภาวะ คุกคาม และพัฒนากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัด สพม. กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สุ่มกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 342 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินและตรวจสอบร่างกลยุทธ์ฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะ ผู้นำด้านการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน เรียงตามลำดับ คือ ใส่ใจการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน การให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ปัญหาของนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ย มากที่สุด มีการสื่อสารเพื่อการสนับสนุนจากผู้ปกครองและชุมชน และ มีการใส่ใจในการบริหาร หลักสูตรและ การเรียนการสอน ความต้องการในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำฯ ในภาพรวมมีค่าดัชนีความต้องการ PNImodified=10.63 และกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำฯ ควรมี 6 กลยุทธ์หลัก

Strategies for the Development of Instructional Leadership of Scondaru School Administrators

This research has the objective to study the state of instructional leadership, its desirable state, strength, weakness, and menaces. It also has a goal to develop strategies for the development of instructional leadership of secondary school administrators. People have high school education within secondary education, Ministry of Education. The random informant group had three hundred forty two schools. Research tools, such as questionnaire, model to evaluate and check early strategies were used. Analyzing the data with statistics, frequency, and percentage, average, standard deviation, and content analysis was used. Research result is that the state of instructional leadership in secondary school administrators has an overall high average. Again, desirable state of leadership overall is at a high level when considering ways to stay at high levels all way. that respectively, attend learning of a student, a guidance and solve the problem of the student has highest averages to have communication for the supporting from a guardian and a community attend in the administration and the course and instruction. The requirement about the development of leadership in the overall is requirement index, PNI modified = 10.63 and strategies for the development of instructional leadership should to have two pillar strategy such as first, communication to number one and second, reinforce the strength for achieving the aim and to have six sub strategies
