การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะเชิงพฤติกรรมด้านประชาธิปไตย ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะเชิง พฤติกรรมด้านประชาธิปไตยของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ใน 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาที่เปิดสอนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ใน 8 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนบน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะเชิงพฤติกรรมด้านประชาธิปไตย ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้น คือ กระบวนการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน โดยยึดอุดมการณ์ ประชาธิปไตย มีกระบวนการบริหาร 5 ขั้น ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ Team building คือ การสร้างทีมงาน Vision setting คือ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ Planning คือ การวางแผนกำหนดกิจกรรม Doing คือการดำเนินการ Checking, Evaluating and Action คือ การตรวจสอบ การประเมินผล และการปรับปรุง แก้ไข พัฒนา ในการปฏิบัติต้องยึดอุดมการณ์ ประชาธิปไตยเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติ คือ กิจกรรมของนักเรียน โดยนักเรียน เพื่อนักเรียน สอดคล้องกับหลักการ ประชาธิปไตย เชื่อมโยงกับการปลูกฝังวัฒนธรรมประชาธิปไตย กำกับการปฏิบัติด้วยจริยธรรมประชาธิปไตย

The Development of a Student Activity Management Model Enhancing the Democratic Behavioral Characteristics of Students in the Basic Education Schools

This paper aims to develop and propose the student activity management model enhancing the democratic behavioral characteristics of basic education institution students under basic education institution in 8 provinces of the Upper North Region. There was muster with inquire and assess. There was analysis with the frequency, percent, mean, standard descriptive and t-test. The results showed that the student activity management model enhancing the democratic behavioral characteristics of basic education institution The process of model consisting of 5 steps (1) team building, (2) planning, (3) doing, (4) checking, and (5) evaluating and action. The implementation every step must based on democratic ideology which are activities of the student, by the students and for the students. When the model democratic ideology must be inconsideration: Students activities must be done by students for students to be in accordance with the democratic principle and monitoring with ethical democracy.
