การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน เพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงพุทธสำหรับแม่ชีไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อศึกษา (1) พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงพุทธสำหรับแม่ชีไทย (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษา และ (3) เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องของการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษาไปใช้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ แม่ชีสังกัด สถาบันแม่ชีไทย จำนวน 30 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติทีทดสอบ ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย (1) การกำหนดพื้นฐานสำหรับโปรแกรม (2) การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์สำหรับกลุ่มผู้บริการ (3) การพิจารณาผลที่ พึงประสงค์ (4) การกำหนดแหล่งทรัพยากรและการสนับสนุน (5) การสร้างแผนการเรียนรู้ (6) โปรแกรมการปฏิบัติงาน (7) ความน่าเชื่อถือของการใช้ทรัพยากร (8) การรายงานค่าของโปรแกรมและองค์ประกอบของการเรียนรู้ หลักการ เรียนรู้ผ่านฐาน กาย ใจ ความคิด และหลักการเป็นผู้สอน ได้แก่ การรับฟังด้วยใจอย่างลึกซึ้ง กระบวนการคิดในการ วางแผน การจับประเด็น การสื่อสารที่เข้าใจง่าย การตั้งคำถามเชื่อมโยง และการสรุปบทเรียน (2) กลุ่มทดลอง ที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทั้งก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม และ (3) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรม การศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ได้แก่ (1) การกำหนดความใกล้เคียงของอายุพรรษาของแม่ชี (2) ความเข้าใจในหลักธรรม พื้นฐานของผู้สอน (3) เนื้อหาและการนำไปใช้ได้จริง (4) การคิดวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ (5) ความเหมาะสมด้าน ระยะเวลา และ (6) การจัดกิจกรรมในวัดหรือสถานปฏิบัติธรรม และเงื่อนไขในการนำไปใช้ ได้แก่ การลำดับความ ยากง่ายเชิงเนื้อหา และ การพัฒนากิจกรรมเพื่อมุ่งการพัฒนาความสามารถด้านการแสดงออกและการนำเสนอ ความคิดเชิงรูปธรรม

The Development of a Non-Formal Education Program to Enhance the Buddhist Transformational Leadership for Thai Nuns

The purpose of this research were to: (1) develop a non-formal education program in there areas to enhance transformational buddhist leadership for Thai Nuns (2) To implement a non-formal education program, (3) To study factors and conditions related to the use of non-formal education programs. This study was based on the experimental research one group pretest-posttest design. The samples in this study consisted of 30 Thai Nuns. Instruments used for collecting data were scales. Data were analyzed by using the two-tailed t-test. The research findings were as follows: (1) The components of a non-formal education program were: (1) identification of the basis for the program, (2) situation analysis of community and Clientele, (3) identification of desired outcomes, (4) identification of resources and support, (5) design of an instructional plan, (6) program of action, (7) accountability of resources, and (8) communication of the value of the program. There were two essential parts of the program; one was the learning process through the awareness of body, mind and thoughts. The other part was to utilize an instructional methods which related to deep-listening, a process of thinking for planning, key point apprehension, simplifying communication, deep and related questioning, and learning conclusion. (2) There was no significant differences between the pre-test and post-test in the experimental group at the .05 level and (3) The factors concerning the non-formal education program and the conditions related to the use of the program that might have affected the program including (1) selecting participants with approximately the same number of years of nun hood, (2) the instructors’ understanding of dharma philosophy, (3) practicality of course content, (4) stressing analytical thinking on the part of the participants, (5) the sufficient time allowed for conducting the program (6) a place of instruction c onducive to learning.
