รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูที่ส่งเสริม การจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของการ พัฒนารูปแบบของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิธีการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี หลักการ วิธีการ เกี่ยวกับ ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของครูที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน นำมากำหนดเป็นร่างของรูปแบบ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำร่างรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบ โดยใช้ หลักการของเทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) จำนวน 2 รอบ ต่อจากนั้นผู้วิจัยนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าสถิติ ค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างคลอไทล์ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ ผลวิจัยพบว่า (1) รูปแบบมีจำนวน 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา และด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ (2) ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้อง และความถูกต้องของรูปแบบจำนวน 6 ด้าน พบว่า มีความสอดคล้อง และความถูกต้องทุกข้อ (3) ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ พบว่า ความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ ทั้งโดยรวม รายด้าน และรายข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก

A Model for Developing Academic Leadership which Promote Learning with Information Technology in Basic Education Institutes

The purposes of this research were to develop and examine suitability and feasibility of academic leadership development which promote learning with Information Technology in Basic Education Institutes. The research process was undertaken into 3 steps: (1) examine the concept, theory, principles and methodologies for drafting the model, (2) the proposed model was examined by experts using delphi technique. The data were analyzed by using statistical technique i.e. median and Interquartile range, (3) examine the suitability and feasibility of the model. The findings were as follows: (1) Academic leadership for teachers promoting learning with information technology in Basic Education Institutes consisted of 6 aspects: curriculum development, learning process development, educational media innovation and technology development, learning resources development, internal supervision in educational institutes and achievement motivation; (2) The result from the examination of the consistency and accuracy of 6 aspects of the academic leadership for teachers promoting learning with information technology from experts as well as component variables found that every aspect and variables were consistent and accurate. (3) The result from the examination of the suitability and feasibility of the model academic leadership for teachers promoting learning with information technology found that the suitability and feasibility for the overall aspect, each individual aspect and its components item were at high level.
