รูปแบบการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาขึ้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑล ในประเทศไทย เพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ศึกษา (1) สภาพการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก (2) ปัจจัยที่มี อิทธิพลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก (3) พัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก และ (4) ประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก ที่ส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่ง การเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารจำนวน 103 คน ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 824 คน จากสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก จำนวน 134 สถาบัน การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโรงเรียนใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบ ชั้นภูมิ และเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม 3 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอข้อมูล คือค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การกระจาย ค่าความเบ้ ค่าความโด่ง และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางแบบมีตัวแปรแฝงด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเป็นองค์กร แห่งการเรียนรู้และการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลในประเทศไทย ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูอยู่ในระดับมาก รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าการทดสอบความกลมกลืนผลการทดสอบค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-square) มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p-value,0.27; df,125) ค่าดัชนีทุกตัวผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดตั้งแต่ 0.90 ขึ้นไป ค่าดัชนีที่กำหนดค่าน้อยกว่า 0.05 ทุกตัว ผ่านเกณฑ์ ปัจจัยอิทธิพลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ทุกด้านมีอิทธิพลโดยตรงต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลในประเทศไทย และนำผลการศึกษาที่ได้มาพัฒนาเป็นรูปแบบ การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานคาทอลิก สังกัดสังฆมณฑลในประเทศไทย

Development Model of Catholic Basic Education Institution under the Diocese in Thailand for Enhancing Learning Organization

The purposes of this research were to explore the state of being a learning organization of the Catholic Basic Education Institution under the diocese in Thailand and to explore factors that influenced the state of being a learning organization and also conducted to develop a development model for the Catholic Basic Education Institution and to assess such model which promoted each of those Institutions to being a learning organization. A sample size was collected from 103 school administrators, 824 heads of departments and teachers from 134 Catholic Basic Education Institutions. A stratified sampling method was used in selecting the schools for conducting this research. A purposive sampling method was as well employed in choosing the data providers. The tool utilized in this research was a 3 part questionnaires. The statistical methods used to analyze and present data included arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, skewness, kurtosis and path analysis with LISREL program for latent variable. Findings showed that: the factors and the degree for being a learning organization of each of the Catholic Basic education Institutions under the dioceses in Thailand according to the opinions of the administrators and the teachers were influencing at a “high” level; the causal relationship pattern was consistent with the empirical data obtained. The result of the test of goodness of fit/ chisquare, p-value, df, GFI, AGFI, CFI, SRMR and RMSEA was a normal criterion. After the path analysis had been operated, it was found that every factor taken into consideration had directly influenced the state of being a Learning Organization of the schools. And the results of the study had been used in developing a model of a learning organization of the Catholic Basic education institutions under the dioceses in Thailand.
