รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริการงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน (3) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อ พัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มประชากรประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ และชุมชนในท้องถิ่น ในสังกัดสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 519 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 156 โรงเรียน ของจังหวัดนนทบุรี (เขต 1, เขต 2) ปทุมธานี (เขต 1, เขต 2) และนครปฐม (เขต 1, เขต 2) ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยได้รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ด้านเนื้อหา และการนำรูปแบบไปใช้โดยการสัมมนา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบก่อนจะ นำไปเผยแพร่ ประเมินโดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ และชุมชนในท้องถิ่นในสังกัดสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Participative Management Model for Developing Quality of Learners in Basic Education Institution
