Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองสาม ในปัจจุบัน ที่อาจมีต่อสุขภาพของประชาชนและคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนคลองสาม โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ผสาน ทั้งกระบวนในเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่ศึกษา แบบคัดกรองสุขภาพ ประชากรกลุ่มเสี่ยง ทั้งในมิติทางกาย ทางจิตใจ ทางสังคม และทางจิตวิญญาณ และการตรวจผลทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ทั้งคุณภาพดิน คุณภาพน้ำ และคุณภาพอากาศ ตลอดจนเสนอแนะแนวทางการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยแก่อบต.คลองสาม เพื่อลด หรือขจัดปัญหาผลกระทบด้านสุขภาพของผู้คนในชุมชน และสิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนจากการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยต่อไป

Health and Environmental Impacts from Solid Waste Management: A Case Study of Solid Waste Management of the Khlong Sam Administrative Organization in Khlong Luang Sub-district, Pathum Thani Province1

The aim of this research is to study health and environmental impacts from current solid waste management of the Khlong Sam Administrative Organization which may affect the health of people and environmental quality in the Khlong Sam community by applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods namely: questionnaires for people in the area; health checklist for people at risk in physical, mental, social and spiritual dimensions; and laboratory test on soil, water and air quality. The result of this research provides resolutions to manage solid waste by the Khlong Sam Administrative Organization to reduce or to eliminate the problems which affect to health and environment.
