การสอนแบบ “Super Service” ปาฏิหารย์แห่งการเรียนรู้

Abstract

การสอนมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของผู้เรียนในทุกๆ ด้าน การสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพและ ประสิทธิผลนั้น สามารถเรียกได้ว่าเป็น “สุดยอดของการบริการ” คือ สุดยอดแห่งการบริการให้กับผู้เรียน การสอนแบบ “Super Service” มีองค์ประกอบทางด้านกายภาพ และทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม องค์ประกอบทางด้านกายภาพขึ้นอยู่กับครู ซึ่งมีรูปลักษณ์และกิจลักษณ์ตลอดจนการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้/ข้อความรู้ ได้อย่างชัดเจน ผู้สอนจำเป็นต้องมีบทบาทคล้าย “นักแสดง (actor)” เพื่อให้การเรียนการสอนมีความสอดคล้องและกลมกลืนกับเนื้อหาที่จะส่งไปยังผู้เรียน นอกจากนี้ การใช้สื่อที่ผสมผสานระหว่างเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมและทันสมัยจะช่วยเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้มีประสิทธิภาพ มากขึ้น ส่วนกระบวนการสอนนั้นผู้สอนต้องสอดแทรกทักษะชีวิต และทักษะเชิงธรรมมะ เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการใช้ชีวิต ที่สมบูรณ์ขึ้น ส่วนองค์ประกอบทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมห้องเรียน โรงเรียน และเพื่อน ตลอดจนครอบครัว เป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุน ที่จะทำให้เกิดบรรยากาศแห่งอุทยานการศึกษาและกัลยาณมิตร ปาฏิหารย์แห่งการเรียนรู้ของการสอนแบบ “Super Service” ผู้เรียนสามารถรับรู้ได้จากครูที่ทำหน้าที่การสอนในแต่ละชั่วโมง เพราะ “ความตั้งใจดีเป็นสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้” ท้ายสุดจะทำให้ผู้เรียนสามารถดำรงตน และเป็นอยู่ได้ในสังคมอย่างปกติสุข

“Super Service” Teaching Style: The Miracle of Learning

Teaching is permanently important for the learner’s development in every aspects such as economic, politic and socio-cultural. Teaching based on effective efficiency will be called “Super Service,” if we reach to the discourse of education, it’s a one of an industry service. So teaching can be mentioned indeed. The two major components of “Super Service” teaching style are provided into the physical aspect and the environmental aspect. For the physical aspect teacher is main monitor in class. Manifest and latent functions will be explicited by teacher. Teacher’s performances and characters are very important to his teaching in each period of responsibility. Including to knowledge of teaching must transferred within category of knowledge and body of knowledge in the present situation. Teacher has to act as “an actor” to fulfill the teaching environment in the total perspective too. For the medias, these are fashionable and their appropriateness for using in each period of teaching. In the process of the teaching, life skill and Dhamma skill will be leading to this process. For the environment aspect, the brighten classroom, the pleasant school, true friends and a warm hearted family are also an indirect components for “Super Service” teaching style efficiency and its success. Anyway, in each period of teaching the learners can percept in what teacher does with the quotation “Willingness can be experienced”. Regards to “Super service” teaching style is strongly recommended for the learner’s existence and being of life as a total development.
