คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน กรณีศึกษา: โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต และ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีจำนวน 220 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการใช้ทฤษฎีลิมิตกลาง ในการกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างและสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็น ของครู ผู้สอนโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนน เฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครภูเก็ต ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านความเป็นผู้นำ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล นครภูเก็ต ปรากฏผลดังนี้ ครู ที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกัน ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ส่วนครูที่มี อายุต่างกันมีความเห็น ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน และครู ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันในภาพรวม มีความแตกต่างกัน และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ครูผู้สอนแต่ละวุฒิการศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่างกันเกือบทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านความมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าครู ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน ในภาพรวมมีความ แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ก็พบว่า ครูผู้สอนแต่ละประสบการณ์การทำงานมีความคิดเห็นต่างกันเกือบทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม

Desirable Characteristics of Management as Perceived by Teachers: A Case Study of Schools under the Phuket Municipality

The purpose of this research is to study the desirable characteristics for school administrators based on the opinions of teachers in schools under the Phuket Municipality and to compare these characteristics according to gender, age, level of education and work experience. The respondents were 220 people, which were derived from the use of central limit theory. Stratified sampling technique was used to determine the sample size. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Statistics used to analyze data are: frequency, average, percentage, and standard deviation. The results reveal five desirable characteristics of administrators: personality, competence, ethics, interpersonal skills and leadership. A comparison of the desirable characteristic of administrators by respondent gender, age, educational background and work experience shows the following results: Each gender differs in opinion on the desireable characteristics for administrators. There is general agreement on the desireable characteristics for administrators among various age groups. Different education levels disagree on virtually all desireable characteristics for administrators with the exception of interpersonal skills. There is also no agreement on desireable characteristics for administrators between respondents with various amounts of work experience with the exception of ethics.
