สมรรถนะทางภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สัมพันธ์กับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะทางภาวะผู้นำกับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะทางภาวะผู้นำ ตามเพศ อายุ อายุราชการ วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด และระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา โดยใช้ประชากร ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่ปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปัตตานี เขต 1 จำนวน 145 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถาม ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรง ตามวิธีการหาค่าความสอดคล้อง IOC (Index of Consistency) ได้ค่า ความสอดคล้องเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.98-1.00 ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น โดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาได้ค่า เท่ากับ 0.982 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะทางภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีสมรรถนะพื้นฐานหลักของการเป็นผู้นำ อยู่ในระดับสูง โดยมีสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้นำ และสมรรถนะด้านวิชาชีพสูงเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายย่อยของทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับสูงเช่นเดียวกัน (2) สภาพการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา พบว่าสถานศึกษาทุกแห่ง มีองค์ประกอบขององค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 5 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) สมรรถนะทางภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวกกับองค์ประกอบขององค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาทุกด้าน

School Administrator’s Leadership Competencies Related to Learning Organization of Basic Schools in Pattani to Educational Service Area Office 1

The purposes of this research are to study the relationship between administrator’s leadership competencies and learning organization of basic schools in Pattani Educational Service Area Office 1 by age, gender, duration of government official, highest education and duration of work at their schools. The population for this research were 145 schools administrators of basic schools in Pattani Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument used for collecting data was the questionnaire. The quality of the research instrument was examined the content validity using Index of Consistency (IOC) technique, was at 0.98 to 1.00 and the reliability was 0.982 using alpha coefficient value. The data were statistically analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and using Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient value (r_xy) to find out the relationship between basic schools’ administrators competencies and the learning organization of those schools. The results of the research were as follow: (1) The leadership competencies of the basic schools administrator, especially, the core competencies were at high level. The same as the leadership competencies and the professional competencies were also at high level. (2) All of the learning organization of basic school in pattani educational service area office 1 have five elements of the learning organization situation which were on high level. (3) The basic schools’ administrators leadership competencies were positively related to all five elements of the learning organization, such as learning dynamic, organization transformation, people empowerment, knowledge management and technology application.
