ความคิดเห็นของนิสิตปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน ของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของนิสิตปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียน การสอนของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยรวมและรายด้าน เมื่อนิสิตมีสถานภาพต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้เป็นนิสิตปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 2-4 ในภาคปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2552 ได้จำนวน 302 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ทฤษฎีลิมิตกลาง และสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัย สร้างขึ้น ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ด้านความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาได้ค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.50-1.00 หาค่าความเชื่อมั่น โดยวิธีของครอนบาคได้ค่า 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยโดยการใช้ t-test วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของ ค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นิสิตเห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนการสอนของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย เกษตรศาสตร์ในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านมีความ เหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการจัด การเรียนการสอนแล้วพบว่า นิสิตหญิงเห็นว่าเหมาะสมมากกว่านิสิตชาย ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัด และประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์ นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 เห็นว่าเหมาะสมมากกว่านิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 ทั้งในภาพรวม ด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์ นิสิตที่เรียนในสาขาวิชา ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นไม่ต่างกัน นิสิตที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม 3.00-3.50 เห็นว่าเหมาะสมมากกว่านิสิตที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย สะสมต่ำกว่า 3.00 ด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน ด้านหลักสูตรนิสิตที่มีคะแนน เฉลี่ยสะสม 3.51 ขึ้นไป เห็นว่าเหมาะสมมากกว่านิสิตที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมต่ำกว่า 3.00

Undergraduate Students Opinions Towards Instructional Management in the Faculty of Humanities, at Kasetsart University

The objectives of this research were to study the opinions of undergraduate students on overall and specific areas of instructional management in the Faculty of Humanities, at Kasetsart University and to compare opinions of undergraduate students on overall and specific areas of instructional management. The sample consisted of 302 second-year to forth-year students who registered for second semester in the 2009 academic year, selected by stratified random sampling. The samples were classified by different variables: sex, years of study, major and GPA. The accuracy of research tools indicated the IOC of 0.50-1.00 and the confidential level of 0.97. The research tools of this study were questionnaires. Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation value, t-test, one-wayAnalysis of variance and Scheff’ Differential Couple testing.

The findings showed that the students’ opinions on instructional management in the Faculty of Humanities, at Kasetsart University in each and overall area were at a high level, except supporting factors, which were at a moderate level. The results demonstrated that female students had higher opinions on overall instructional management, classroom activities, grading criteria and the characteristics of instructors compared to those of male students. Second academic year students had higher opinions than third year students on overall areas, supporting factors, grading criteria and characteristics of instructors. Students from different fields of study had relatively similar opinions. Students with a GPA of 3.00-3.50 had higher opinion on instructional management than students with a lower GPA. Students with a GPA above 3.51 had higher opinions on curriculum compared to those students witha GPA below 3.00.
