การประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมคุณธรรม “ค่ายพุทธบุตร–พุทธธรรม”

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินการโครงการฝึกอบรมคุณธรรมค่ายพุทธบุตร- พุทธธรรมของวัดปัญญานันทาราม ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ด้านทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการ การนำ ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันและการสืบสานพระพุทธศาสนาและการเผยแพร่ธรรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบ ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้ t-test, One-way Analysis of variance และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เพศชายและเพศหญิงมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจที่แตกต่างกัน โดย เพศหญิงมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในระดับสูง ในขณะที่เพศชาย เป็นกลุ่มที่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในระดับกลาง เยาวชนกลุ่มอายุ 17 ปีขึ้นไป เป็นกลุ่มที่มีความเข้าใจในระดับสูง แต่กลุ่มที่ ไม่มีประสบการณ์การเข้าค่ายธรรมะ เป็นกลุ่มที่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในระดับสูง ความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการ พบว่า กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในด้านสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม ถัดไปก็เป็นความ พึงพอใจในพระวิทยากรและหลักสูตร ทัศนคติ พบว่า นักเรียนมีสมาธิที่ดีอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อ ผลการเรียนรู้ การอยู่ร่วมกันกับผู้อื่นและการประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ตามลำดับ การนำหลักธรรมไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน พบว่า นักเรียนนำหลักธรรมไปประยุกต์ในด้าน การ เป็นเพื่อนที่ดีของเพื่อน การเป็นศิษย์ที่ดีของครูอาจารย์และการเป็นศาสนิกที่ดีของศาสนา

The Evaluation of Achievement of Virtue - Training Curriculum on Buddhaputta -Buddhadhamma Camp

The objective of this research was to evaluate the achievement of virtue - training project on buddhaputta - buddhadharma camp of Panyanantharam temple, Khlonghok subdistrict, Khlongluang district, Pathumthanee province focusing on knowledge side, attitude, satisfaction, application in daily - life and Buddhism - continuing with dharma propagation. The instrument using in this research was questionnaires and knowledge test. Statistic for analyzing was frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and content analysis. The findings were as follows ;

With knowledge, it found different level of knowledge between male and female i.e. female group is a high knowledge level but male, middle level. The young of 17 years old and the upper is a high knowledge level but the camp - inexperienced group is a high level of knowledge. With project’s satisfaction, the sampling group has a high level in both of place and environment, next to side of instructor and curriculum. With of attitude, it is a good concentration benefiting for learning result, living together with others and applying in daily - life accordingly. With application in daily-life, it is a friend’s good friend, teacher’s good disciple and religion’s good follower. The buddhists should study the dharma, practice the dharma, merit making and propagate dharma by conducting of buddhist’s duty as suggestioned.
