ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสิงห์บุรี

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสิงห์บุรี ตามการบริหารงานทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการ บริหารงานงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสิงห์บุรี จำนวน 365 คนสุ่มจากประชากร 5,264 คน จำแนกตามโรงเรียน 13 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 คือ สถานภาพ ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือน ตอนที่ 2 ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง (IOC) ระหว่าง 0.5 - 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น โดยวิธีของครอนบาค 0.97 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสิงห์บุรี ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ ยกเว้น ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีวุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป มีความพึงพอใจมากกว่าผู้ที่สำเร็จอนุปริญญา, ผู้ปกครองที่เป็นมารดา มีความ พึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงบประมาณ มากกว่า ผู้ที่มีสถานภาพอื่น, ผู้ที่มีการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี มีความพึงพอใจด้าน การบริหารทั่วไป สูงกว่าผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาอนุปริญญาและต่ำกว่าระดับมัธยมศึกษา, ผู้ที่มีรายได้เกินกว่า 40,000 บาท มีความพึงพอใจด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ สูงกว่าผู้มีรายได้ต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท

Parents’ Satisfaction Toward the Administration of Private Schools Under the Sing Buri Education Service Area Office

The purpose of this research was to study parents’ satisfaction toward the administration of private school under the Sing Buri education service area office regarding four individual aspects including; academic, budgetary, personnel, and general administration and to compare the effect of the respondents on such. The sample consisted of 365 out of 5, 264 parents of students from 13 private schools, who were selected randomly using the stratified random sampling method. The research tool used were questionnaires comprising of 2 parts: part 1, the parents’ demography, age, level of education, occupation and monthly income, and part 2, parents’ satisfaction of the administration of the private schools using the Likert 5 step rating scale with 61 items. The questionnaire has the reliability of 0.97 using Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient and the internal of consistency between 0.50 - 1.00 using IOC, with a response rate of 100%. The study reveals that the parents are highly satisfied with the administration of private schools in all the individual aspects, except the personnel aspect. Parents holding bachelor degrees are more satisfied with the overall administration than those holding diplomas. Parents who are also mothers are more satisfied with the budget administration, than their counter parts. Parents with bachelor degrees are more satisfied with the general administration than parent with lower education. Parents with monthly income of more than 40,000 Baht showed higher levels of satisfaction on academic administration than parents with a monthly income of 10,000 - 39,999 Baht.
