การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์กับศูนย์การเรียนรู้ปกติ (4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ผู้เข้าร่วมในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเทคนิคธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐานและทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลการวิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพของศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 85.13/81.33 (2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์สูงกว่าศูนย์การเรียนรู้ปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (4) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บนเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมาก
