Abstract

This research purposes are to (1) study the academic administration level of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3; (2) compare the academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3 with variable classification as gender, education, and work performance; and (3) measure the suggestions for academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population in this study are 210 teachers from 12 schools in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Identifying the sample size by Krejecie & Morgan sample size table, then use the simple random sampling. After that, draw lots without replacement. Finally, 136 people were gained. The research tool was the questionnaire, analyze for calculating to find out the statistics which are frequency, percentage, average, standard derivation, T-test, and F-test.


       As the consequences:


 1The academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3 is high in overall.  


  1.    The comparative results about level of the academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified with gender, education, and work performance in teaching, the provided estimations to the academic administration of the school administrators are different without any significant statistic.

  2.   Measuring the suggestions for the academic administration of the school administrators in Thungyangdaeng educational network under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area 3, the administrator should pay attention to the local course, plan the academic framework as clear and systematical, focus on teaching management corresponding with the teaching patterns following the suitability and context. The curriculum developing training is organized to collaborate the community and cover both common and disable students. Supporting the teachers in setting up the class to impart the learning, assessing and measuring with various method in real, promoting the teachers to get the training for research continuously must be provided. Moreover, the development of learning sources is added up variously. Next, progressively conduct the educational supervision, activate the teachers successively assist the students and guiding to cover all issues, pay attention to the quality assurance system. The administrators ought to invite the people in community to participate the teachers organizing the teaching patterns, announce the academic work to individual, family, and organization. The administrators and teachers accompany together making the framework of regulations on academic work, examine and consider all types of textbooks and all learning subject groups for benefiting the students at the most, and supporting the budget on technological media development continually.
