A Model of Administration for Islamic Private Schools: A Case Study of Attarkiah Islamiyah School.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop an administrative model for a model private Islamic school. Case study: Attarkiah Islamiyah School. Three steps were taken as follows: 1) Study the current condition. Desired condition and necessary needs 2) Create an administrative model for a model private Islamic school. Case study: Attarkiah Islamiyah School. 3) Evaluate the management model for a model private general Islamic school. Case study: Attarkiah Islamiyah School. Attarkiah Islamiyah.The population consists of 280 administrators, teachers and committee members of Attarkiah Islamiyah School, a sample group of 257 people, 7 experts in expert-based seminars, 30 experts in format evaluation, and the tools used. Used in research include questionnaires, structured interviews. and assessment form Data were analyzed from averages. standard deviation and priority index of essential needs and analyze content data

The results of the study found that: 1. Current conditions and desired conditions regarding the concepts and principles of the model Islamic private school management model. Case study: Attarkiah Islamiyah School. Overall, it is at a moderate level. and necessary needs regarding the concepts and principles of the model Islamic private school management model.
