บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อโรงเรียน 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อโรงเรียน และ 3) พัฒนาขอบข่ายงานบริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อโรงเรียน ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนกรุงเทพคริสเตียนวิทยาลัย ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบ Explanatory Design มีผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริหารของโรงเรียน จำนวน 6 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนในภาพรวม พบว่า ขั้นการประเมินผล มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ขั้นการวางแผน และ ขั้นการนำแผนสู่การปฏิบัติ ตามลำดับ  2) แนวทางการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนมี 4 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 2.1) แนวทางการส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันเชิงการรู้คิด 2 แนวทาง 2.2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันเชิงอารมณ์ 1 แนวทาง และ 2.3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันเชิงพฤติกรรม 1 แนวทาง 3) ขอบข่ายงานบริหารเพื่อส่งเสริมความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อโรงเรียนของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 6 กลุ่มงาน คือ 3.1) ฝ่ายวิชาการมัธยมศึกษา 8 งาน 3.2) ฝ่ายโครงการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อการสอนมัธยม (EIP) 5 งาน 3.3) ฝ่ายกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาผู้เรียน 4 งาน 3.4) ฝ่ายส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัย 4 งาน 3.5) ฝ่ายกิจกรรมกีฬา 7 งาน และ 3.6) ฝ่ายนวัตกรรมการศึกษา 6 งาน ตามลำดับ
