Announcement: Implementation of DOI for Journal Articles

The Journal of Human Resource and Organization Development is pleased to announce that, starting from Volume 1, 2025, all articles published in the journal will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

This initiative is supported by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).

The use of DOIs enhances the credibility, accuracy, and convenience of academic citations. It also increases the visibility and accessibility of authors’ work at the international level.

You can verify the DOI of each article via https://doi.org.
