The Human Resource and Organization Development Journal publishes scholarly empirical, theoretical, and professional articles in human resource and organization development. Manuscript suitable for publication in the HROD Journal cover such areas as human resource development, human resource management, organization development, leadership, management, innovation. Additionally, the HROD Journal aims for networking both domestic and global scholars and professionals in human resource and organization development.
Publishing twice a year, first issue in during January – June and second issue in during July – December.
Beginning in October, 2020, the Human Resources and Organization Development Journal began collecting manuscript submission fees in the manner described below:
1) A 1,000 baht submission fee is required when submitting the manuscript for review during the editorial process; this fee is not refundable. The manuscript may be rejected if the editor considers the manuscript does not meet the quality standards or suitability of the journal’s scope. Please review the manuscript in accordance with the journal’s instructions, paying particular attention to the journal’s aim and scope, which focus on the fields of human resource development, human resource management, organization development, leadership, management, and innovation.
2) Once the manuscript is accepted for publication, there is an additional 2,000 baht publication fee.
