Abstract
This article reported results of a study of good leadership qualities deriving from Royal Speeches and Addresses of His Late Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and a conceptual model of those good leadership qualities. Eighty nine carefully-selected Royal Speeches and Addresses throughout His Late Majesty the King’s throne were included in the study.The results revealed that good leadership qualities could be grouped into two categories in three levels, namely important characteristics for developing self and for working with others, and levels of Virtue or Behavior, Concentration or Mind and Discernment or Wisdom.
