Abstract
This research article with the topic of “Analyzing Leadership of Leaders in the Literature Romance of the Three Kingdoms” aims to study the leadership and characteristics of leaders in the literature of the Romance of Three Kingdoms by using qualitative research, documentary study from the book of the Romance of Three Kingdoms from Chaophraya Praklang (Hon) revised version of the Royal Society, to examine of this research. The representative sample for this research is the 3 leaders in the literature which includes Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Quan as well as using the Transformational Leadership and the Leadership CODE as conceptual theories for the research framework.
The result of the study shows Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Quan have the leadership based on the components of the Transformational Leadership Theory by having differences in the detail of the theoretical components. They also have the characteristics of leadership based on the Leadership CODE by having differences in the detail of the conceptual components. Consequently, researcher presents the similarities and differences that shows the strengths and the points that should be corrected or improved by each leader to be used as a guideline for learning and applying to develop of the leadership of the organization or adapting to improve him/herself.
