Learning Organization in Thailand: Future Learning Challenges

Abstract
In an era where global dynamism and far-reaching technology are rapidly and radically transforming how organizations operate across all sectors. The crucial question arises: How will organizations in Thailand adapt to the everchanging challenges? One widely accepted solution is developing a learning organization, which enables organizations to adapt, create innovation, and acquire new values continuously. However, the path to becoming a learning organization is not simple because the future learning challenges are complex. This article analyzes diverse components of learning organization theories and connects them to the work processes of an organization in Thailand that won the Thailand Quality Award (TQA), as well as small to medium-sized organizations with learning competencies. Additionally, it presents future learning challenges, especially the use of artificial intelligence for learning in organizations, to help organizations in Thailand be aware of the importance of and develop themselves to become a learning organization in the new decade, based on the future of learning which is the integration of value and learning process perspectives with the perspective of technology.
