A Guideline for Elderly Club Development Case Study of Khuanmao Subdistrict, Ratsada District, Trang Province.

This study focuses on the problem and difficulty of the Khuanmao subdistrict’s elderly club, how to develop the club, and aims to propose a guideline for policy implementation for the Khuanmao subdistrict administrative organization, Ratsada district, Trang province.
According to the findings, the problem and difficulties of the Khuanmao subdistrict’s elderly club center on a lack of leadership from leading personnel, the club board's lack of management skills, club members' lack of participation in club activities, the club's lack of a verified location, the absence of responsible staff to maintain and carry out club activities, and a lack of funds. Increasing the members' participation in managing and developing the club, increasing the members' and staffs' participation in club activities, petitioning involved organizations to increase the club's funds, and ensuring that all personnel and organizations involved with the club understand the club's significance will ensure the club's continued development.
