บทคัดย่อ

          The purpose of this study was to (1) study leadership that affects the efficiency of police officers' performance. Chana Songkhram Police Station (2) Study the guidelines for the development of efficiency in the performance of police officers at the Prathuan level at the Chana Songkhram Police Station. The population used in the study consisted of 55 police officers in the Chana Songkhram Police Station, using a questionnaire as a collecting tool. The results were summarized, the results were discussed, and the recommendations were as follows :

         The results of the research were as follows : The respondents were male, 50 people, representing 90.91 percent, and females, 5 people, representing 9.09 percent, aged 21-25 years, 20 people, representing 36.36 percent, with lower than bachelor's degree, 33 people, representing a hundred. 60.00 each, and 30 persons were married, accounting for 54.54 percent respectively. (2) Leadership that affects the efficiency of police officers' performance Chana Songkhram Police Station Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each item, it was found that all items were at a high level. Ranked from highest to lowest in the top 3 are as follows: work structure, followed by operational standards and the lowest average was policy and administration. (3) Guidelines for the development of efficiency in the performance of duties of police officers at the warrant level at the Metropolitan Police Station, Chana Songkhram, i.e. the performance of police officers at the warrant level at the Metropolitan Police Station, Chana Songkhram. In terms of policy and administration, it was found that leaders were good role models and were able to teach their subordinates. and sacrifice for the common good accept the opinions of others In terms of organizational commitment, it was found that they stood up against what was right and expressed their opinions and suggestions with good intentions towards others.
