The Causal Relationship of Factors Influence Operations of Community Enterprises in Phatthalung Province

Abstract

This article aims to 1) testing the structure equation model of the causal relationship of factors influence operations of community enterprises in Phatthalung province with empirical data and 2) analyze the causal relationship of factors influence operations of community enterprises in Phatthalung province. The data collected by questionnaires, testing with 215 the registered community enterprises of product production in Phatthalung province. The research sampling was purposive sampling. The reliability value was 0.884 of the questionnaires. The statistical analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the confirmation component analysis.

Results of the research showed that 1) the results of testing the structure equation model was congruent with the empirical data which a according of hypothesis (= 279.512, /df = 1.276, P-value = 0.078, GFI = 0.967, AGFI = 0.954, RMR = 0.027, RMSEA = 0.036 and CFI = 0.969). and 2) the operations of community enterprises in Phatthalung province was directly influenced by community enterprises management factors and the competitive advantage factors with the influence coefficients of 0.837 and 0.741, respectively, and was indirectly influenced by the competitive advantage factors with the influence coefficients of 0.666. Therefore, the community enterprises in Phatthalung province must focus on the community enterprises management in terms of production, marketing, financial and capital. That was raised the operations of community enterprises to the international standard advantage and a higher potential competitiveness.
