Strategic Management for Educational Administration Development Policy in ASEAN Community

Abstract

         This article has a purpose to state the importance of Strategic Management in terms of Educational Administration Development Policy for Thailand. The content is about important theory of strategic management such as theory from John P. Kotter who has the thought of the status change process and theory from Michael Fullan who talked about the relationship management. It is found that the important policy comprises of 1. Supporting the 21st century learning skills. 2.  Improving the quality and standard of education into Internationalization 3. Encouragement of the research that can be applied in practical way. Therefore, Thailand must be ready to become a member of the ASEAN Community along with the education strategic plans to develop the quality of education. The Transforming Strategic Management is essential for Thailand to become Internationalization.
