Trends and Paths on Buddhist Research in Thai Society 4.0 : A Case Study of Mahamakut Buddhist University

Abstract

The objectives of this article were: 1) to analyze the Buddhist Research of Mahamakut Buddhist University. 2) to present the summary of trends and paths for the Buddhist Research of Mahamakut Buddhist University in Thai Society 4.0. The results of the study were as follows: the Buddhist Research in the past, research topics, number of researches each year and each agency, the status of researchers, number of researchers, the principles in research, research format, number of work involved, and research tools was many trends and paths. The trends and paths for the Buddhist Research of Mahamakut Buddhist University in Thai society 4.0 should be in accordance with the strategy, goals and requirement missions to obtain a sufficient of research and qualitative of research that can be used as concepts and a new theory of Thai Society 4.0.
