Developing the Instructional Model in the 21st Century Program in Philosopy: a Case Study of Mahamakut Buddhist University Mahavajiralongkorn Rajavidyalaya Campus

Abstract

The research entitled “Developing the Instructional Model in the 21st Century Program in Philosophy: A Case Study at Mahamakut Buddhist University Mahavajiralongkorn Rajavidyalaya Campus ” The research is aimed: 1) to study the Model  Development of the Instructional Model in the 21^st Century Program in Philosophy: A Case Study at Mahamakut Buddhist University Mahavajiralongkorn Rajavidyalaya Campus, 2) to analyze the Model  Development of the Instructional Model in the 21^st Century Program in Philosophy: A Case Study at Mahamakut Buddhist University Mahavajiralongkorn Rajavidyalaya Campus, and 3) to study on the recommendations about Developing the Instructional Model in the 21^st Century Program in Philosophy: A Case Study at Mahamakut Buddhist University Mahavajiralongkorn Rajavidyalaya Campus. This research is Qualitative Research. This research sample consists of 10 Lecturers in Philosophy Program and other Lecturers. This research instrument which is used to collect the data is Indebt Interview with Nonprobability sampling and Purposive Sampling method. The results are analyzed by Frequency, Percentage.

The results of the study review:

1. Most of the Lecturers in the Philosophy Program and other Lecturers who mostly answered Indebt Interview are very old and about to retire. The style of the lecture is sitting with party communication. The Instruction media which was mainly used are the Overhead and the Projector Social Network such as Facebook, Line are sometimes used.
2. The Instructional Model Development in the 21^st Century was analyzed during the preparation process. The Lecturers made the lesson plan in order to inform the case objectives, lesson plan, and the reporting process. The students were assigned to do some group works to retrieve the assigned topics and present them in the class with the peer review. The Lecturer others summarized important paints for more comprehension
3. The testing results show that lecturers must be developed in which seminar concerning technology adaptation is focused due to the modern add an article principle “Teach Less, Learn More lecturers teach less while the students learn a lot which is the heart of Modern education.
4. Most of the lecturers are old aged within ICT, Mahavajiralongkorn Rajavidyalaya Campus should support the students to have some field trip abroad.
