IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF SECURITY PERSONNEL IN THE NORTHEASTERN HYDRO POWER PLANT UBONRATANA DAM KHON KAEN PROVINCE

The main objective of this research was to study the performance development of security personnel of the Northeastern Hydroelectric Power Plant. Ubolratana Dam Khon Kaen Province The samples used in this research were personnel working at the Northeastern Hydroelectric Power Plant, Ubolratana Dam. Khon Kaen Province Using the formula of Taro Yamane (Yamane. 1973: 125) of 247 people, the questionnaire was used to collect the data. It consists of 3 parts of content, statistics used in data analysis. The descriptive statistics were number, percentage, mean and standard deviation for general data study. The inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the performance development of the security personnel of the Northeastern Hydroelectric Power Plant. By gender, age, education level And work experience.
The results of the findings were as follows :Improving the performance of security personnel Hydroelectric Power Plant Region North East Ubolratana Dam Khon Kaen Province Overall, it was at the high level (= 3.82, SD = 0.43) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the highest mean was security (= 3.94, SD = 0.55), followed by protection. Disaster (= 3.92, SD = 0.56) and the side with the least mean was occupational health. And occupational safety (= 3.70, S.D. = 0.65).
