Reason of existence of constitution

Abstract

The presentation of this academic article is intended to show that constitutions are existing for a reason, how it is influenced by philosophical concepts of the past. The study shows that human as a social is not the state of nature but a state of agreement, western philosophy and Buddhist philosophy said accordingly and such agreement is the administrative organ establishment one. Therefore constitution, the law about the highest in hierarchy of administrative power of the modern state, is the result of the past philosophical concepts as an agreement for mankind to live together peacefully.
