PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES OF PEOPLE IN BAN PHUE MUNICIPALITY BAN PHUE DISTRICT UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to study participation in activities of people in Ban Phue Municipality. Ban Phue District Udon Thani Province The sample used in this research was people in Ban Phue Municipality. Using the formula of Taro Yamane (Yamane. 1973) of 381 people, the questionnaire was used to collect data. It consists of 3 parts of content, statistics used in data analysis. The descriptive statistics were number, percentage, mean and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. The inferential statistics include T-test and F-test for comparing the levels of public participation in activities. Ban Phue Sub-district Municipality, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province classified by gender, age, education level and occupation.

          The results of the findings were as follows Participation in activities of people in Ban Phue Municipality Ban Phue District Udon Thani Province Overall, it was at the medium level (= 3.95, SD = 0.33) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the highest mean was the participation in operations (= 4.18, SD = 0.37), followed by Participation in receiving benefits (= 4.08, SD = 0.50) and the side with the least mean was the participation in decision making (= 3.45, SD = 0.84). Comparison of participation in activities of people in Ban Phue Municipality Ban Phue District Udon Thani Province was classified by gender, age, education level and occupation. Overall, it was found that sex, age, education level and occupation found no differences. Recommendations for the development of participation in activities of people in Ban Phue Municipality Ban Phue District Udon Thani province, including policy adjustment on social responsibility To make people feel part of social responsibility In carrying out various activities in the community.
