Participative Administration between Home, temples and schools affecting to the effectiveness of School under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

          The purpose of this study was to (1) study participative Administration between home, temples and schools under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. (2) study the effectiveness of School under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and (3) study participative administration between home, temples and schools affecting to the effectiveness of School under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 92 primary schools under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, with 552 respondents.

          The results showed that participative administration between home, temples and schools under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at a high level. They were classified into descending order, planning, monitoring and evaluation of operations, development, updating and finding problems and causes of problems, respectively, and the efficiency of schools under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was in high level. Sort by descending order is academic administration. budget administration human resources administration, general administration, respectively, The relationship testing found that participatory administration using planning strategies related with the efficiency of the school academic administration (r = 0.79) and participative administration affecting to the effectiveness of school under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the budget administration aspect (r = 0.76).Conclusions that participative administration effectiveness of schools under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic administration aspect and budget administration aspect affecting to the effectiveness of school under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
