Abstract

This research article will study The Ethical Development of Local Leaders in Chaiyaphum Province is obtained by using the study method of the reference paper on leadership development of leaders. Local leaders develop a culture of local leaders. This is especially important because local leaders is the basis for governance that can be demonstrated more concretely because the development is considered successful as well. It must be developed from a foundation called local. It is important and it is very necessary to develop local first. Therefore, from the field operations in the matter of creating a curriculum for developing ethics and social responsibility activities of local leaders in Chaiyaphum Province. Able to create community leaders at the level that are role models for the community to be more accepted and respect the faith of the leaders. to have fear therefore making that community a peaceful community with mutual respect and have principles of morality and ethics in governing their own community and train new leaders to have morals and ethics.
